Arrival of the Birds was my secret favorite, but I don't think the huge dynamic change will work in an ice rink. I'll either be unable to hear the first half, or if I turn it up enough to hear that part, I'll burst everyone's eardrums with the second half.
La Valse D'Amelie is also neat, especially the character change partway through, but it ends a tiny bit abruptly.
That or October Sky are the front-runners. The abrupt ending is from the original (not my cut), and actually might be a good thing--lots of skating programs end with a big flourish at the end.
