KT tape is magic! I need to learn how to use it so I can increase my wizardry :)

It is kind of amazing. My PT has me put two overlapping 2" strips on each squishy lump in my abdomen and do 50% stretch to either side to draw the muscles together toward the squishy lump.

Well, what ELSE is he going to do with all of those interesting specimens?

PUT THEM IN A BIOHAZARD DISPOSAL UNIT???
