Ooh yikes that sounds like zero fun. But congratulations on getting the house! That's awesome that the seller was all 'screw you' to the cash bidders - my co-workers got outbid by cash people on all the houses they wanted for the *four years* they were house hunting, and it sounds like Nashville is increasingly like Austin that way.
