She always sounds slightly Canadian to me. "House," "colour," etc.
Hmmm. I'll have to listen for that. I remember thinking once in a while, "okay, that sounded Canadian," but not as a regular thing.
And yes, she did sound more Canadian when she did her Scully bits.
Maybe she's like me, and takes on the accent of anyone she's speaking with. No other speaker = reversion to own accent.

That's pretty much how I saw it. Plus I was squeeing and thinking "well, maybe Jack does call him Dad for a reason..."
Hehehe. Actually, I kind of read it as Jacob encouraging her to go outside the SGC for a guy and forget about Jack. *spoilerycough* But heh, yeah--Jack calling Jacob Dad is great.

The "boring!" part did remind me of Jack.
She definitely had some Jack-like qualities. The "boring!", the bubbles...
