Okaaaaaay...that got freaky somewhere in the middle. And it wasn't just the fact that Bianca-as-Jaye looked freakishly like Sasha Cohen, or that Eric the bartender looks far, far too similar to a guy in my fiction class. But, um...I think I may be hooked.

Crap.

'Cause, you know, it's so getting canceled soon. And in the meantime, the last thing I need is another show. Guh.

I gotta say, Jaye's friend (Mahandra?) is the best part of this show. She cracked me up tonight. Hehehe.

Was a little surprised to see Jaye classed as "Gen Y," although I suppose she is only four years older than I am and thus is very much in my general age group. (But must they use this label? Can we not come up with something better? Just about anything would be better, really...) Glad they kept just this side of claiming we're all do-nothing slackers...although I suppose that does describe a great many of my peers (though not my friends, I wouldn't say)... ;) But speaking of ages, if Bianca was a freshman when Jaye was a senior, and Jaye is twenty-four, then Bianca would be twenty or twenty-one at that point in time. I somehow can't see a college junior writing for Time-but-we-can't-call-it-that-because-of-copyright-issues-so-we're-calling-it-something-else. Just sayin'.

*rereads entry* Egads. I was thinking that the speech from most characters on this show sounded familiar 'cause it's a lot like how I talk. Look, I'm proved right. Kind of freaky.

Even freakier is that I just realized I'm the proverbial twenty-something now.

Whoa.
