It is April 27th. That is three days until May. It should not, I repeat not, be 40 degrees outside at this point in time. Temperatures should not, repeat not, see the underside of 32 degrees Fahrenheit until late October at the very earliest.

No, it isn't funny. Winter is a troublemaker of a child that needs to be put on Ritalin so it quits poking its nose into places it doesn't belong. Like April. April 27th. When the heat has been turned off. Because it's two weeks and two days before summer vacation starts. Yeah.
