What font are you using for 31 and 35? - the block text and script are so beautiful!
The block text is a bitmapped font called Ernest--it's at either abstractfonts.com or dafont.com. The script font is called Scriptina, and is available at the same sites. (Hint for using Ernest: in Photoshop, use it at 8 points or under, and have the antialiasing set to "none.")
I can't figure out how to get the little black border around the text - as you can see from my Sheen icon.
Do you have Photoshop? If you do, the really simple way to get any color outline is to go to Layer->Layer Style->Stroke. Exchange that nasty red color for something better (black, for instance), and set the size to "1." This works on any font, but tends to look best on bitmapped fonts like Ernest or else on larger sizes (>16) of most other fonts.
