Pregnancy/babyfic spews a lot of crap. Very, very small signal to noise ratio.

Which is sad, because, well-done babyfic? Can be really, really good at helping to tell a character piece. Lots of new areas to explore, or old areas to explore in a good way, with a pregnancy or a kid.
