"Losing My Religion" done in Gregorian Chant by Benedictine monks is really freaking weird.

Just thought you all should know.

Hi, I've been reading and studying waaaaaaaaaaaay too long today. However, I found out in history today that I know far more about the Civil War than I thought I did (much as that class accounted for all the lost sleep I had in junior year, hooray for Hodge and AP US), and I'm starting to get a kick out of Scott's fascination with military tactics. Bloodthirsty, me? ;)

Meh. I have to write a sestina by Monday. Sestinas are okay, I guess, but I just have a dislike for all form poetry. Grrr.

Uh, yeah. Pez watched the old version of Dune tonight. Heh. We are so easily amused--although you have to admit, the combination of Patrick Stewart with a mullet, Sting as a flame-haired body builder, a flying fat man, and that thing with "the housekeeper!" *scary music plays* is enough to amuse anyone. We should totally ask Slonczewski if filking and performing Dune as a musical could be our final project. Hehehehe.
