I'm meeeelting...
May. 2nd, 2004 01:29 amGo me with getting one of my three Russian Lit essays done today! (Er...yesterday.) Woot! And my French History essay got its final revision Friday, and my proposal for the Faust paper lacks only a list of secondary sources. (Which, uh, don't exist, but anyway...) So I'm doing good...gonna try and get one of the other Russian essays done tomorrow before going off to the make-up class for fiction and the choir/orchestra concert.
I did mean to get more done today, but instead of going down south and listening to loud, bad music (Summer Send-Off, yay) while having an ARA picnic, we decided to get pizza. Bacon pizza. Mmmm. We watched Chocolat, and then of course we had to go buy some chocolate. Hooray for the bookstore and its stock of Ghirardelli. And then we went down to Storer to hear Whitney's composition, and then we walked back north in the downpour that drenched us from head to toe, and then it was ten o'clock and I desperately needed a warm shower. So, yeah. Not much on the work.

Have fallen in love with Susan Raven. She's sort of like the lovechild of Enya and Sinead O'Connor. Fun stuff. You can listen to a streaming version of her entire debut album here. (Note that you have to click on Lo-Fi to hear the whole thing.)
I'm having weird urges to do original fic to "Lake" now...
