Another battle in my ongoing war with Microsoft Word

*glares at Word*

I hate it when word processors try to make things easy for you. Like automatically tabbing whenever you hit return. That's annoying. You have to take extra steps (specifically, pressing return for a new line, deleting the automatic indent, pressing return again and tabbing normally, and then continuing to type, finally) that are time-wasting and incredibly frustrating.

Grrr. Why can't AppleWorks go back to, y'know, working? Whyyyyyyy?

*pouts*

However, in between wrestling with Word, I'm doing okay on my self-imposed quota of 400 words--any words, doesn't matter if it's one word for each of 400 stories, original or fic or poetry or even nonfic--per day. I'll raise it soon, but I'm starting small while I get over the vestiges of the severe laziness that have infected me in the past weeks. Guh. This is why I take writing classes at school. I need assignments and people reading my stuff in order to get anything done. It's so much easier just to zone out and read fic all day.
