Ahahahaha!

I'm a little embarrassed at how "OMG" has become such a part of my LJ-vocabulary, but this time, there's really no other way to put it.

Remember the Kenyon/Exeter trip to Glasgow and Edinburgh last January that I wrote about here? Remember that awful, awful play we had to watch at the Lyceum in Edinburgh, called Look Back in Anger?

Well, I was browsing through Wikipedia (because as a member of the Facebook group "Forget Porn, I Stay Up All Night Browsing Wikipedia," that's what I do at two in the morning), and I ran across David Tennant's entry.

OMG, he was Jimmy in the production we saw.

I was so in the same room auditorium as DT. Who was in pajamas for most of the play.

Man, if only a.) I'd been a Doctor Who fan and b.) he was, y'know, on DW at the time, those two hours would have been so much more fun. And to think "I amused myself by imagining how lovely it would be to slowly dismember [DT's] character"...awww. *pets DT* Well, shows he was good at the part, since that was an annoying character.

...Right. It's far past time for me to go to bed, then...

NO MORE COMPS! (If only...)

Comps are half over! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Although I did have a minor heart attack around 1 PM this afternoon when we all discovered that we had to have a paragraph explaining "the genesis of your project and why you feel it is an appropriate culmination fothe English major." Way to not tell us that, ever, and hide it away in a dim and dusty corner of the website. Oy.

But the written part is done. All that remains is to finish Blake, finish Paradise Lost, finish Persuasion, and take the test on April 1.

Of course, now I have to catch up on all the work that didn't get done this weekend because of comps (and possibly because of frivolity involving Doctor Who... *whistles innocently*)

Speaking of which, hand!porn has infested the story I'm writing for Fiction class. Of course, it is about ballroom, and is thus somewhat more appropriate. Still.
