A very much meh practice today. The ice was rutted and weird, and I just wasn't feeling it. That said, I managed respectable back cross rolls right out of the gate (I figured it would take me the whole session to get back into how they should feel) and for the first time managed reasonably accurate versions of power threes on both sides in one go.
