The movie is very different from the play. The characters are sort of the same, but they changed the storyline a lot.

I like Dancing At Lughnasa, but I'm probably biased, because it was the first play I was involved in at University.

But where did they insert the ballroom dancing? The dance of Gerry and Christina or Gerry and Agnes?
