How many fandoms do you belong to in any capacity; reading, writing, etc. What are they?
Do you really want to ask this question? Okay... *goes to own website to look up fandom list* I read fic, at least, in 38. And there are probably some I'm forgetting. *DEEP breath* Farscape, Stargate SG-1, Northern Exposure, X-Files, VR.5, Earth 2, TNG, DS9, Voyager, Secret Adventures of Jules Verne, Invisible Man, The Others, Crusade, Mission Genesis/Deepwater Black, Space: Above and Beyond, The Avengers, Moonlighting, Cupid, Sports Night, Sliders, Forever Knight, Will & Grace, Frasier, Xena, Daria, 7 Days, Profiler, JAG, Caroline in the City, Phantom of the Opera, LOTR, Vorkosigan series, Anna and the King, Contact, You've Got Mail, Anastasia, Strictly Ballroom, Peter Pan, and The Cutting Edge. I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting.
How many of these have you published fics in?
19. Anastasia, Anna and the King, Caroline in the City, Contact, Crusade, Earth 2, Farscape, Frasier, The Invisible Man, Mission Genesis, The Others, 7 Days, Sliders, Stargate SG-1, Star Trek: Deep Space 9, Star Trek: Voyager, The X-Files, Will & Grace, You've Got Mail. (Yes, I just c/p-ed that from my fic page.)
How many fics have you published?
90.
How many of these have been gen?
Umm...very, very few. The DRD fics for Farscape are pretty gen-ish (so far), and there might be the odd character piece here and there, but overall I do ship.
How many of these have been het?
The vast, vast majority.
How many of these have been slash?
Well, there was that moment of DRD slash at the end of Farskate. And I'm still working on the actual DRD slash fic. Other than that, though, nothing.
How many fics are you currently working on?
My unfinished fic folder is classified as a lethal weapon. It is 5.4 megabytes. You do the math.
How many of these will you actually finish?
It's probably in the range of 10-15.
How many beta readers do you have?
Depends on who volunteers for (or I coerce into) what. I write in so many different fandoms that I need the services of different beta readers.
spockette tends to get a copy of just about everything, though, since we're twins and like all the same stuff.
How many of them are candidates for beta sainthood?
All of 'em!
How many archives are your fics on? (excluding ff.net)?
Farscape: Kitsah's/
nickless's has some, RedBeard has a few, Peri and Kikki have a couple...
liloleme5, don't you have some? There may be more.
Others: The odd fic is in an archive somewhere. I never really did big archives, but I may go back and submit at some point.
How many fandom-oriented lists do you belong to?
15. On no-mail for all except FS-Shippers, Vorkosigan, and JJLL.
How many years have you been reading fic? Writing it?
Reading since age 11, so eight years or so. Writing since age 12, so seven years or thereabouts, give or take a few months.
And now you know exactly how short of an attention span I have.
