Yeah, it's the Milton. I finished Book One a little while ago, and the last ten pages were better than the first six, although still pretty boring. I think I was just tired and cranky this afternoon, and the nap made me like the book better.

I do enjoy the little prose summary Milton puts in at the beginning of each book. Ha! Even he knew no one would be able to get through the poem without it!
