I've not found many WhoVids myself. I've got 2 saved on my computer, both of which I adore...
This one, for "Stop Crying Your Heart Out" by Oasis (awesome song, gorgeous vid): http://www.alter-idem.com/?now=2&category=Doctor%20Who
(I think I might even have sent you a vid or two from the same vidder before, actually...she's got some great Firefly and Farscape ones as well. And a BSG I haven't checked out yet.)
And one called "The Doctor's Mad Christmas", to the "Mad Russian's Christmas" by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. *Insanely* good...plays as a rush through the first season, leading into the Christmas invasion. Unfortunetly a friend sent it to me directly, so I can't find a link online. :?( I might have to burn it to a disc and send it to you!
I'd also be very curious if you've got any WhoVid links to share. :?)
Yeah...you're right about the lack of innocence on BSG. Even Cally isn't really. There are plenty of idealists and white knights, of course, but that's not the same. Might be a statement they're making, of course, about what happens to innocence in this kind of world...but if so, that'd be a little clumsy to me...I'd rather see how the innocence struggles to survive and compromise.
