Today I saw someone with a Fourth Doctor icon which had "And I can kill you with my brain" on it.

Wouldn't River as Four's companion be the best crossover EVER?

(If I'm the last person in the world to think of this, please don't tell me. *g*)

Thanks to my library, I watched the first episode with Romana (the first version) today. Hee. She's fun. Also, I covet her fluffy cloaky thing, although perhaps in a color that's not quite so blindingly white and easy to dirty. I've still got my fangirl going on Sarah Jane, though...need to see more episodes with her in them.

Oh my, River as a companion? I...wow. He'd spend all his time keeping her from reading people's minds without permission or just, ya know...killing them. Though I suppose she'd be handy in a fight with rowdy and ignorant villagers ;)

When I first saw Romana I, I really, really, wanted to be her. I loved her clothes, she was gorgeous, she was smart, she was a Time Lord--come on, what's not to like? And I always liked the coat, too, though it does look a bit like she's wearing cotton candy or one of those snowball cakes (not sure I'm describing them well, hopefully you know what I mean--those little cakes with the coconut on them, prepackaged?).

And yeah, I like Romana 1 quite a bit. And I think she might be the most classically beautiful companion ever...
