It got really, really bad in Atlantis fandom last year ("Sheyla" and "Teyden" and "Shweir" and "McWeir" and God only knows what else), and I was HOPING that it couldn't really infect DW, since the choices are so limited, but...obviously not. I think it all started in Buffy fandom. Grrrr.
