I want to keep a show I love on the air but not if it turns into another X Files. I don't think I can live through that mess again.

I would have to hurt people if that happened again. On the upside, if I does turn out bad, and if I do quit watching, then it won't bother me so much to be in England for half of S8.

Does anyone know if RDA will be back?

I haven't heard anything either way. I would imagine he's involved in some form, but I don't know how much--it might be like this season, might be more, might be less. However, if it's less, it might be interesting to see if they have him retire for some reason and come back as a "consultant" or something so he can be in fewer episodes. Thus, no chain of command, and S/J without breaking regs! *bounces* Oooh! I'd like to see that happen! *bounces some more*
