Viennese Waltz is wonderful when you dance with a partner that can actually lead; otherwise, it's just an utter embarassment and you'll trip over each other's feet and never move for more than two or three steps. At least, that's what always happens to me... :)

And I can see the appeal of samba only if I don't have to dance it myself. I know a few people who are really good at it, and it's just a joy to watch them on the dancefloor.

What are the differences between American and International samba, though?
