Yep, same for me. Or there would be conflicting images of the RL person and the character, and it would be weird to type the name. Also, if the person in question ever read the story, I'd fear some outburst like, "Why did you use my name? Are you implying something? WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY?!?!"
