It's pretty good, but I think it would be better had I watched from the beginning. Not only do I hear that the S1 episodes were better/scarier, but there are family dynamics that I don't think I'm appreciating as much as I could be without the background. It's kind of X-Filesy (no doubt helped by the fact that half the writers and directors from XF moved over here), but without Carter's mytharc, which is nice.

And hey, if nothing else, there is a lot of pretty to stare at.
