The only thing that helps me is using a humidifier. I need to figure out a way to run mine in my bedroom here without having to use an extentions cord (it doesn't run well with an ex. cord).

Showers are the worst in winter! The one time all day I get to be warm, under warm water, and it causes the worst itching of the day. And the effects last for two or three hours after I get out. :(
