I think she is, actually; she seemed pretty attached to those statues of Apollo and Athena in the first season, and it wasn't a hard sell for Roslin to get her to go after the Arrow of Apollo once she brought in the religious factor.
Of course, given that their religion is based on the Greek pantheon, probably it has little to do with not wanting to divorce Anders.
I too think Kara doesn't want to make a committment to someone she thinks can hurt her; i.e. to someone she loves. And I guess she does love Lee. But there's also all the baggage associated with Zak, and Anders doesn't have any of that. He's pleasant, but no great love of her life.
I'm not so sure she'll just pick up and leave. Sharon/Helo have gone throught too much and come too far to have her just leave. And I don't think she would just leave Helo behind. Now I could see them leaving together to get their daughter back.
I think Sharon, who has gone through hell to earn the trust of her fellow officers and still doesn't have it from everyone, has a breaking point somewhere. I figured this could be it. I was (at least until part two, maybe) wrong.
I don't blame Adama one bit.
Well, I don't blame him; I just thought it was shocking and a bit funny the way he just walked out on her.
