Broccoli test

Okay, I've seen the Broccoli Test on my flist, and this I have to play.
[It's supposed to test nonverbal communication between two characters in a close relationship. Would one be able to communicate to the other from across a store that they need broccoli, but without words or pointing at the vegetable in question?]
Maggie and Joel: Depends on which season. Early on, they'd probably know it was broccoli the other wanted, but pick out something else instead just to piss the other one off. Then they would discuss the Freudian implications of whatever wrong vegetable the other person picked out. Later on, though, it would totally work. They were always better at nonverbal communication. If they'd actually discussed the broccoli, they would just argue about whether to include it in the dish they're making or not.
Sam and Jack: Like everyone else has said, they would be freaky-scary on the same wavelength. Probably could just look at each other and know about the broccoli.
Roslin and Adama: They could also just look at each other and figure out the necessity of broccoli. Probably even faster than Sam and Jack.
John and Aeryn: "Brock-o-lee? It sounds dangerous." / "It's an Earth plant. Please don't shoot it. I need it for the fettucine alfredo." Then Zhaan might feel offended that they're eating one of her relatives.
Mulder and Scully: They wouldn't even have to look at each other. Mulder would just appear at Scully's side (or vice versa) holding the broccoli.
Trevor and Claire: He would show up at her side with some horribly bad-for-you packaged awfulness, she'd roll her eyes, and he'd pull out the broccoli from behind his back. She would be oddly touched that he knew what she wanted. If he was trying to communicate to her, he'd develop some massive charade that would have everyone in the store knowing what he wanted, and she'd come back with something like bean sprouts.
"Broccoli" looks weird after typing it so many times.
