The soap opera elements need to die. Maybe Moore will get it all out of his system with that Caprica series they're developing, and leave the action and interesting stuff for BSG.
From what I've heard the Caprica series never went past scripts. And yes Ronny needs to stop with the daytime. I love daytime to death and I'll defend it with my life. But I already watch eight soaps I don't need another. And even if I didn't qauds just don't work end of story. Triangels are hard enough. But four is just a crowd. I wish they had left Dee the frak out of this.
But I think thirteen episodes instead of twenty in a season will really help them--more incentive to cut down on the filler, such as last night's episode.
It might and I'm okay with the 13 episode season. All the other cable series seem to work well that well. What worries me is what Jamie said at MegaCon Q&A about barley getting picked up at all. I can't go through Farscape again.
