I don't want to imagine what that would look like without a tripod. Although the exposure was quite short, because it was just after sunset...I think that one was 1/4 of a second.

Also, your zoom is insane.

Actually, that one...wasn't my camera. I borrowed my dad's nifty newish Panasonic DMC-FZ7. It's 6 MP, with a 12x optical zoom. It's way better than my camera at night shots, although I prefer mine for daylight. (I actually tried to use mine for that shot, and what I got was "I can zoom that far, but you want me to focus on the moon? Haaaaahahahahaha!")
