I seem to remember Fraser saying something about how he never drinks, except when there's a toast to the Queen involved, though? Hrm. Either way, he's in uniform in this scene, so it'll be non-alcoholic for him.

But I'm not quite positive on the other two, honestly.

Things mixed with gin seem to be a popular choice in fic for RayV. I have no idea if this is plausible or not. For Thatcher...I'd think something incredibly plain and conventional, like a glass of wine, or maybe a beer.

But really, I know nothing about alcohol, so I could be way off. (Can you even order wine in a vaguely-but-not-really-Irish-themed bar/pub, I wonder?)
