You don't remember? They sing "You Are My Sunshine" together and the Doc goes all contemplative, and then he teaches her to dance and gets her to dance with him for a while, and then she goes out with another crew member, breaks his arm while they dance, and decides to give up the whole thing. Doc is all heartbroken. :( I think they came back to his crush on her every great once a while, but I'm pretty sure she never even knew about it.

There are clips from the episode up on YouTube. Watch them; they're adorable. :)
