Hmmm, for me, the no-turning-back point for J/C was in "Equinox." I realized that there was no way they were ever going to be together after that. (Not-so-coincidentally, it was where I realized Cap'n Katie was CERTIFIABLY INSANE.) I don't remember make-believe men on the holodeck in S3...but "delete the wife" in S6, OH MY GOD. That was my last episode.
