My theory on Maybourne is this - he's not actually a hardened bad guy, he's just self-interested. He's not actively working against the SGC, he's just working to his own agenda, and doing what furthers that. If it's not going to damage his own agenda, he's happy to help the SGC. That makes him a selfish little shit. But in a loveable way *g*

As for 2010 - Sam/Janet friendship, fancy clothes, more civvies than you can shake a stick at, "and we're walking...", Sam/Jack angst... One of my favourite eps ever!
