Oh, and the Bio web project? Finished it last night. E-mailed it to Slonczewski, who likes it a lot. She says that I could add some stuff about microbial decomposers, but it's up to me. Woo! All done with that class except for the final!

Still haven't quite finished the history paper. But I got an A on the last one, so I'm not too worried if this one isn't quite as good. Besides, he said today that these two books didn't really go together, so he wasn't expecting much. Hey, I'll take it.

Oh, and speaking of grades: I made my first A on an English paper at this school EVER! I've moved out of the land of the eternal B+! Wheeeeeee!!! Now, if I can just duplicate that feat for this paper...

And this weekend is going to be sheer, unadulterated hell. See, our dance this year? Is huge. We got this giant grant to get a good band, and they want us to put up Christmas decorations. Which means set up in the Great Hall Friday from 2-5, probably Friday from 9-11, then Saturday 2-5 and 7-10. Choir rehearsal is 2-3 on Saturday, concert goes from 8-10 (no, I won't be attending the last set-up session or the first hour of the penultimate one), and then, after the dance from 10-2, we get to stay until ohmigod o'clock in the morning to clean up. Five-foot wreaths, Christmas trees, giant garlands, and a city's worth of twinkle lights are involved, I'm told. However, we're getting extra help, 'cause we're gonna count it as this semester's Wellness service activity. Woo! Don't have to stay as long (maybe) and don't lose a housing point!

And then Sunday is the dance co-op, which I have to go see 'cause I know basically everyone in it, and the advent service, where all the musical groups on campus perform. At this point, I'm giving serious consideration to skipping out on the actual "dance" part of this dance we're holding, and hiding somewhere in Peirce to read the last book for Irish Lit. We'll see how much work I get done on Friday.

I have e-mail in my inbox from several people. *looks pointedly at [livejournal.com profile] tarzanic* I swear, I'll reply to it next week. Assuming I survive this weekend, anyway. *whimper*
