I'm starting to wonder why they can't just let the aunts in on the secret of Chuck's life after death.
I think the closest they came to a decent explanation was that the shock of seeing her alive again would kill them. Other than that... nothing compelling.
- "I was afraid my smile was going to vibrate the veneer off the cabinets." Hee! Second-best line of the episode.
Is it wrong of me that I could just watch a solid hour of Lee Pace fidgeting awkwardly? That man can awkward like nobody's business.
- "What emotion?"/"All of them." Lady, I empathize.
I enjoyed her.
I loved the flying leaps!
I'm glad that they're finally addressing the creepiness of her being so dependent on Ned, and of Ned attempting to be so controlling. And they're addressing it so cutely! This show could make anything cute.
- "...a ringing which only pie can muffle."
Mmmmm, pie mufflers...
the fifteen dead clowns in a clown car bit.
BWAHAH! Perfect delivery.
- DOOD, Chuck, ditch the plaid pants NOW.
They should issue a pre-wardrobe warning for some of these costumes so we can avert our eyes in time...
- Ned and Chuck's playacting is KIND OF CREEPING ME OUT for some reason. They need psychiatrists like nobody's business.
My first thought was, "What is this, the beginning of a nerd porno?" Cree.pee. And yet. SO CUTE.
Speaking of PD, has anyone been able to see the episodes on the website?
Last season, I was able to watch them at ABC's site on Sarah's Win2000 machine with little difficulty. The ads were a bit irritating, as noted above, but it was watchable. (I saw a whooooole lotta Lost that way, too.) But ABC doesn't even attempt to support Linux, so now I'm forced to use other methods. Too bad iTunes hates Linux, too...
