why haven't they just given Laura another shot of Hera's blood? Was there a reason that I can't remember?

Word. I've been thinking about that on and off since Laura's cancer relapse, except for me that's been maybe two weeks, tops. And still I have no idea why they didn't go down that road again. Obviously, repetition would suck, but not knowing why they're not doing it sucks just as much.
