A line I have never forgotten from this show, and probably never will--"Only an idiot fights a war on two fronts. Only the heir to the throne of the Kingdom of Idiots fights a war on twelve fronts!" Londo is so awesome, despite his myriad tragic flaws.
The AI from hell was some much-needed levity in this episode.
Oh, is this the one with the security system going haywire? I so love that they got Harlan Ellison to do that. :)

I don't really remember Vir's fiancée, but I loved this episode for Vir. I love him being all Schindler. And proving yet again that he's the only Centauri with a lick of sense.
