I'm sorry, Londo doesn't sound anything like the accent in that recording. Eastern European I buy. Irish I don't. I've heard way too much Irish in my time, from various regions. There may be a pattern of inflection that may make you think so, though. That I could see. But his accent doesn't sound remotely Irish.
