Hmmm. Is snow in New York code for something more specific than just "goin' to Z'ha'dum, BRB"?

Having just watched this ep the other day: yes, it's code for "I did the stuff you asked me to do." I know it's ages since you saw these, so: when Sheridan gives him his instructions, he finishes shutting down Garibaldi's objections with, "If all goes according to plan, the next time I see you, we'll talk about the weather." He knows he can't say what he's doing in front of Anna, so...the weather is the code that everything's been prepared like Sheridan asked.

(Also, totally random, but since I actually sat down and watched the S3 features, it turns out that the wedding pics in Sheridan's quarters are their actual wedding pics, which isn't entirely surprising, and yet...sort of was to me. Just a little.)
