Which book is torturing you so??

The Odd Women, by George Gissing. It's not the book so much as it is my topic--which is really interesting and nifty and WAY THE HECK BIGGER THAN I HAD PLANNED ON IT BEING. I'm trying to shove what could be a long chapter of a book into under fifteen pages and still do justice to everything I'm trying to cover. It isn't really working.
