You are AWESOME for being so organized! I have had courses where the reading was not posted on time for assignments or the reading was posted, but it had duplicate pages/pages very much out of order. Drove me nuts! Your students might not see how nicely you have everything set up for them, but I imagine they will later. Anyway, you are a rock star!

I figure, it's my first year teaching and I know there will be inevitable screw-ups in the classroom because of that, but I'm going to be damn sure I do the things that only take a little effort, and not experience, to be done right. Plus, this way I can do things like do a surprise "quiz" where I just note who has their book/reading and who doesn't, and not feel like a hypocrite.
