Warning: The "digital dropbox" feature in Blackboard BLOWS. Unless you enjoy getting frantic emails from your students saying their papers won't upload properly.

Okay, it's been a year since I've used BlackBoard, so maybe that feature has been fixed now? I just remember that for the 2 years I had to use BB in grad school (both as a student as an instructor), the digial dropbox was absolutely awful and nonfunctional.
