Your glossary is, um, amusing. Quean means girl, or more precisely, "young, unmarried woman." I'm presuming that's the word in your glossary, since none of the other words even come close. Hehe.
I think I'm probably a better source for definitions than your glossary, lol. Email me with the weird stuff, or the stuff with suckass definitions, and I'll sort ya out! :) Mum used to live in the Lowlands in the 70s (but we don't speak of that, lol.) so she still uses some Lallans in her speech, so I know a little of that too. I think Lallans and Doric are very similar - just spelling, I think, and maybe a little pronounciation, and one or two different words.
