The submission guidelines call for endnotes, yet all the articles in the current issue have footnotes. Way to be inconsistent

For what it's worth, Alex's papers for submission often had both. Endnotes were for the major points of clarification, and footnotes were for smaller issues within the text. And parentheticals for the author info. Nice mix, eh? :)
