Perhaps you blocked it from your memory because it was so ridiculous? It's near the end, when the bomber guy orders Sheridan to come into his little bomber shack without his link. Garibaldi notes that bomber dude will totally search under Sheridan's shirt for the link, but won't think to look down his pants. (This...never made much sense to me.) Thus, Sheridan sticks his link on his butt, and of course the bomber makes him sit down, and it chirps, giving him away.
Oh my GOD. You're RIGHT. In my defense, I watched the first ten episodes of S3 in one day, and anything that wasn't John and Delenn gaaaaazing at each other didn't stick that well, but still. You'd think I'd remember Sheridan sticking his link down his pants.
