Sheridan = Jesus makes you chortle? I thought that was basically the gist of every arc episode that ever happened?
It is basically the gist of every arc episode that ever happened, but until this episode, I couldn't remember if JMS knew that or not. I am much more okay with Sheridan being presented as Jesus if the author acknowledges that this is what he's doing, and maybe it's a little squiffy.
The whole JS initials thing: yes. Um. Awkward. Also, the fact that half the non-essential male characters are named David is kind of weird.
When I was rewatching, I totally forgot that Intersections in Real Time was a WHOLE EPISODE of its own. I thought it was interspersed with the rescue-plan. Nope.
It would've been a lot better had it been interspersed, IMO. Or even cut all together! But I say this as someone who doesn't even like Picard's "THERE ARE FOUR LIGHTS!" (or whatever the number was) thing, so, you know, my taste is suspect.
Also, YES. Lyta/Franklin! Love it! Freaking love Lyta, and she is at her best in these Mars episodes. Love it.
Yay, I'm not alone! I can't even imagine what it would be like--aside from really snarky--but I feel like it needs to happen somehow.
