...There is an entire website devoted to the sale of licorice candy and licorice-flavored things. I may need to buy something from here. Hmmm.

Have finally finished Fringe S2 and can start watching S3 on Hulu! I apparently timed it just right, 'cause they only put up the most recent five episodes, and episode one of S3 is coming down the day after tomorrow.

I knew beforehand that these were going to be set mainly in the AU, so I figured the cliffhanger would be that someone got switched, or left behind when the gang came back to our universe, or something like that. Hope our Olivia gets back to our universe soon!

DID NOT AT ALL expect Olivia to basically waltz up to Peter, be all, "HEY I LOVE YOU," and then kiss him. ZOMG! I figured they were going to slow burn their way all the way to season four or five, and was pretty much okay with that since I've mostly been watching for the plot. Please tell me they are not going to start doing those irritating convolutions where first one's dating another person, then the other is, because Castle, which I thought would break the mold, is doing that right now and it's driving me up the wall. As it usually does. When are people going to figure out that that kind of thing is really not interesting? But if there are going to be impediments, being trapped in alternate universes is a much better way to go.

So there were two William Bells in part two, right? The one who sent the others back to our universe, and the one talking to an Olivia about grenades? Or was it the same Bell, and it was just cut kind of strangely? Or was he perhaps facilitating the Olivia switcheroo? I'm confused.

Oh dear. Licorice flavored stuff is my favorite! I'm going to have to dig through that site. Wow.

As far as I understand (both what's happening and what you're asking about), it's this one. But don't quote me on it.

Since you're already watching S3, I feel safe telling you that there's just the one William Bell, who jumped from our side to theirs and stayed put. I don't think he intentionally facilitated the Olivia switch; that seems to have been set up by Walternate.

so I figured the cliffhanger would be that someone got switched, or left behind when the gang came back to our universe, or something like that.

When she was just standing around on the stage, I was all, "Nooooooo somebody check her ID!!" (I love Walter's previous test: "Prove you're Olivia!" / "Shut up, Walter." / "You pass!")

As soon as Olivia pulled a gun on herself, I saw where things were headed... OLIVIA VS. OLIVIA THROWDOWN, YES! Genius. That was well-shot, too. Hooray for super-long hair that conveniently covers faces in, um, every shot? (Speaking of which, Other!Olivia's terrible wig was a total flashback to Alias!)

But if there are going to be impediments, being trapped in alternate universes is a much better way to go.

Lol, "alternate universes" is a better way to go in most circumstances.
