Mmmkay, so I'm gonna just copy and paste from here to the DeadJournal and vice-versa. Consider the DJ the edited version of the LJ. Because you know, I need something else to waste my time on. ;-)

Submitted my application to work in the Writing Center next year and poems to Hika and Persimmons yesterday. Not particularly optimistic about the first, somewhat more about the last two.

The BFEC poetry contest winners-and-honorable-mentioners reception/reading is tonight. No big fan of reading out loud, but I guess I'd better get used to it. I like the recognition and applause associated with it, but I don't really like the actual act of reading out loud.

Lots of daffodils all over the place. I must take pictures.
