Yeah. I never saw a game, but I was pissed when we lost them and got the WNBA Seattle Storm instead. Come on, Storm? After an awesome name like the Reign?!

But yeah, Vancouver Sockeyes just kind of sounds right, I agree. And... yeah, I suspect there may be a very good reason there are no teams (of anything that I know of) named for orcas. It just... sounds strange.
