Yep. "Priorities: Be with Meg, compromise to make us both happy, and avoid implications of sexual harassment/abuse of power for either of us."
(That said, I think one of the nicest things about dS, from a fic-writing perspective anyway, is that any number of endings are plausible given what we know of the characters. And especially after finding out about the original draft of COTW, where the ending is completely different, it feels almost justified by canon to go a million different ways with the characters. Fraser in particular it's possible to take in all kinds of different directions--maybe he really doesn't want to live anywhere but in the north, maybe he likes using his skills in the city, maybe he wants to go on sledding adventures. I can see a situation in which F&T both decide they like the really hands-on policework possible up north, want to keep working together, and don't give a crap about how other people see their relationship, and if the setup is right, it doesn't feel any less true to their characters than this direction.)
...I still want my completely impractical crossover ship of Fraser/Delenn. Someday, someday.
