I think I must have stopped watching before they got together but tuned in for the finale, because I watched all the fourth season eps where they're together this weekend and found that none of them rang a bell, but I remember enough of the horrible finale arc (where there's a surprise baby courtesy of Julia, Richard runs off to Europe, and Caroline nearly marries some old high school boyfriend...it was incomprehensible) to not even bother, er, acquiring those episodes.
The show was definitely waning when they got together, but they were so cuuuuuuuuute that I don't really care. I think my favorite bit is that they decide to wait two months before having sex, and Annie finds that Caroline has put a big happy face on her calendar for that date. Of course she has. *g*
